Digital Orientation!

Umrah/Hajj orientation commence 10 days prior to your departure.

For the convenience of pilgrims we choose Sunday so that all the pilgrims would be able to join the orientation.

Our orientation program is hosted in 4 star hotels so that the pilgrims could get familiar with the atmosphere.

In the orientation we provide our pilgrims with Umrah/Hajj Kits with trolleys and all the necessary documents such as tickets, insurance, and visa.

We conclude our orientation with a delicious complimentary lunch for all pilgrims and their accompanying guests.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

The following are the terms and Conditions for Hajj and Umrah Pilgrimage by Shehre Sada Hajj and Umrah . These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the customer and us.

Hajj/Umrah Booking

Shehre Sada Hajj and Umrah requests you to visit physically at our office before confirming the Umrah/Hajj booking so that the customer first checks all the norms of Umrah packages and Hajj Packages. Then if the customer got satisfied then it is the best way to confirm the Umrah or Hajj booking. After knowing all our details regarding Umrah/Hajj booking and Umrah/Hajj packages then if agreeing for the booking whether for Hajj pilgrimage or Umrah Pilgrimage, you have to pass your all required documents to our representative he/she checks all the documents properly, the validity, if any damage, then the Shehre Sada Hajj and Umrah executive confirms your Hajj/Umrah booking.

Payment Policy

Shehre Sada Hajj and Umrah should not accept the payment in someone's personal account only in Shehre Sada Hajj and Umrah official account. We accept the payment through different modes such as Bank Transfer, NEFT, RTGS, or even through Cheque. At the time of Umrah or Hajj booking you have to pay 25% from the Umrah/Hajj Package and it is fully non-refundable, then the remaining 75% of payment must be made by the specific due date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Shehre Sada Hajj and Umrah cancellation policy depends upon the timing of cancellation, if we have done with all the formalities like Ticketing, Visa, accommodation booked, if our Group is ready to leave, then a very small amount will be refunded to the concerned person only. In case of death of the concerned person, the amount will be refunded to the Nominee only, according to the current scenario.
